How does tutoring work?

Parents call and talk with us about the student's needs. This helps us decide if testing is necessary.

If testing is needed, the parent will schedule the test. The test usually takes about 1 1/2 hours and is administered after school hours.

A weekly tutoring time is scheduled. The hours available are Tuesday - Thursday at 4:00, 5:00, and 6:00.

During tutoring sessions, each tutor works with one or two students at a time.

Students can increase or decrease their tutoring hours as needed.
